Leaving insulting notes, just because you don't like something is rather rude and inconsiderate. Just noting me and telling me my site "sux" is very unhelpful. Just to let you know, that if you really think it sucks and you don't like it, then don't go to my site- it's very simple. It's also very disgusting the picture you sent with the note. Creative crit is one thing, but spaming is another.
